John Lamb – Non-Executive Director
John has over 20 years experience in healthcare. He is the founder and Director of Carlton Healthcare Limited, a nursing, residential and domiciliary care company which provides care for the elderly, people with mental health and learning disabilities needs in the West Yorkshire area.  John Lamb and Arthur Robinson met in July 2004 and decided to establish Raphael Healthcare with John as the sole investor. John is passionately committed to the values of Raphael Healthcare of providing the best care in the best buildings.

Arthur Robinson – Chief Executive
Trained as a psychiatric and general nurse and spent a significant time working in management posts in the NHS, and prior to moving to independent healthcare was a Director of Mental Health.  He moved to Affinity Healthcare in 2000 to establish their second hospital site, and in 2003 he joined Craegmoor Healthcare and developed another two secure units. He established Raphael Healthcare in October 2004 with John Lamb, developed the corporate infrastructure, the management team and established the company’s first hospital, The Farndon Unit in Newark.

Rod Morris – Finance Director
Rod was appointed as Finance Director in February 2006. He is a Chartered Accountant and worked in the accounting profession until 1988 when he moved into more commercial finance roles within industry.  Rod has held senior finance roles in a number of sectors that include property development, life assurance and pensions, transport and mental healthcare. In his last role, Rod was Finance Director for Business Link for Greater Merseyside. Rod is responsible for the Head Office functions of Finance and Information, Communications and Technology (ICT).

Julie Anderson – Director of Human Resources
Julie joined Raphael Healthcare in January 2008 and has held senior HR roles for over for 15 years primarily in the manufacturing industry and most recently for the EEF Northwest, providing employment law advice to employers. Julie is responsible for providing support to the HR function to ensure that Raphael Healthcare have an HR operation to facilitate the personal development of the staff and collective development of the team as well as providing strategic HR advice to the Senior Management Team. Julie is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

John Dillon – Non executive Director
John Dillon is a founding partner of RJD Partners Limited and heads up RJD's focus on healthcare.  Prior to joining RJD, John worked at Ernst & Young; North West Regional Fund Limited; LDC; and Royal Bank Private Equity. In addition to sitting on the Board of Raphael Healthcare, John is also a director of RJD portfolio companies LMS, Stone Group, Character World; and Equidebt.
