March 2010: The Farndon Unit recruits new Clinical Governance Manager
Marie, from Claypole in Lincolnshire, brings with her a wealth of experience, gained over thirty year’s service within Mental Health & Learning Disability sectors. Throughout this time she has held several managerial roles, including General Manager of the Nottingham Learning Disability Directorate and General Manager of the National High Secure Healthcare Service for Women, based at Rampton Hospital.
The role Marie will undertake at Raphael’s unit in Farndon will be to review and evaluate the company’s services to ensure the best possible provision of care is available. A key part of her role will also be to develop best practice and promote quality throughout all of Raphael Healthcare’s care programmes.
On her new appointment, Marie said; “After thirty years of working for the NHS I am as passionate as ever about developing services for women that promote empowerment, choice and self determination.
“I very much look forward to working Raphael Healthcare and believe that the company is fully committed to developing innovative and distinctive services which are driven by quality for both local women and patients across the UK.”
