August 2010: The Farndon Unit’s Social Worker wins CPAA Journal Awards 2010
Following the success of receiving an award in 2009 from the Care Planning Approach Association (CPAA) for “Excellence in Monitoring and Evaluating the Care Planning Approach (CPA) Process”, Raphael’s The Farndon Unit has received The CPAA Journal Award 2010 for “Most useful article” in the organisation’s journal 'The Approach’ from the last four issues.
Carol Collins, Head of Social Work at The Farndon Unit received the award and says “I am really excited and proud of this award, as the article was about team work and patient involvement. It is encouraging to see my peers found it useful and I look forward to ensuring we continue to work together to implement good practice within the CPA process”
