Holidays
Raphael Healthcare offers generous annual leave entitlements ranging from 20 to 32 days (depending on staff group and length of service), plus bank holidays.
Company Pension Scheme
All staff can join the group pension scheme on completion of their probationary period (three months). Raphael Healthcare will match your contribution of up to 5% of basic salary to the plan.
Sick Pay
Raphael Healthcare offers a generous sickness payment scheme which builds with service to a maximum of three months full pay and three months half pay within a twelve month period.
Healthcare Plan
A Healthcare Plan (Simplyhealth) is available to all permanent staff after three months service and provides cover with immediate effect, including any pre existing conditions.
Childcare Vouchers
A Childcare Voucher scheme is available to Raphael Healthcare employees through Computershare (formerly Busy Bees). Eligible working parents can exchange up to £243 a month of their gross salary for childcare vouchers. The exchanged part of the salary is exempt from tax and National Insurance contributions. |
